Parent Support

Based on the theories of Therapeutic Parenting, parent support aims to understand the context of your parenting struggles and gives confidence to your approach. We explore how you see your child's behaviours and how your own parenting might be influencing the ways in which you respond to your teenager's needs. 

This service is supportive and develops resources to attune to your teenager's behaviors, allowing you to build a stronger more open relationship in the critical years. It will be a safe space for you to address the challenges you currently have in a collaborative and non-judgemental environment.
